Where to install from
Install QuickQ only from the download page on this site or from an official app store. We cannot vouch for builds obtained elsewhere and are not responsible for what they do. The app updates periodically to fix defects and keep pace with new system releases.
How the service should be used
QuickQ exists to protect your own connection. Do not resell your account, hand it to an open group of strangers, or use it for attacks, fraud or anything unlawful where you are. Where that happens, we suspend the account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features apply for the length of an active subscription. Price, billing cycle and auto-renewal behaviour are whatever the checkout page showed when you ordered; purchases made inside an app store are charged and managed by that store.
Cancelling and refunds
You can switch off renewal at any time and keep the current period until it ends. Whether a refund applies depends on the channel you bought through and the law where you live — the details sit on the checkout page or in your store subscription settings.
Third-party services
Payment providers, app stores and operating system vendors run under their own terms and privacy policies, which this agreement does not cover.
Intellectual property
The QuickQ client software, name, marks and interface design belong to their respective rights holders and may not be copied, decompiled or reused in other products without permission.
When these terms change
We revise this page when the law or the service changes, and mark the revision date at the top. Material changes are announced separately in the app or by email.
